Abbotsbury Open Gardens and Festival of Landscape Painting

Once again this year the Friends of St Nicholas will be running their very popular one-day annual Open Gardens event coupled with the Festival of Landscape Art.
However, this year, the Festival will continue for another 8 days, attracting artists from further afield. The hope is to turn this into a large-scale annual art festival. Accompanying this, there will be a week-long exhibition of art in the Tithe Barn, thanks to the permission and generosity of the Ilchester Estate. Thanks also to Lord & Lady Neuberger, Mr. & Mrs. Simon Morrison and Mr. Jonathan Cooke for granting kind permission to visit their gardens.

Portesham Open Gradens

Up to 20 gardens will be open to the public in Portesham and the surrounding area. This is in aid of St Peters Church, Portesham and Weldmar Hospice.

Parking and refreshments will be available at several locations around the village.
